By creating a tg771 account, accessing the tg771 platform, or using any tg771 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the tg771 platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tg771.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use tg771. This is a firm legal requirement under Philippine law. Age verification is mandatory. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your Account will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. tg771 is available to players in the Philippines and in other jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tg771 is lawful in your jurisdiction. tg771 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
3.3 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have self-excluded from tg771 or from other gaming operators through PAGCOR's self-exclusion programs are not eligible to hold a tg771 Account during their exclusion period. Attempting to register during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
3.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, and directors of tg771 and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or engage in real-money gaming on the tg771 Platform.
4.1 To access real-money gaming on tg771, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address or Philippine mobile number, and any additional information requested during KYC verification.
4.2 You agree to notify tg771 promptly if any of your registered information changes. tg771 may require re-verification if account information is updated.
4.3 KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. tg771 may request supporting documentation including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.4 tg771 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any Account where it has reason to believe that the registration information is false, incomplete, or misleading.
6.1 Deposits. tg771 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. tg771 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
6.2 Currency. All Account balances on tg771 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the applicable rate at the time of the transaction.
6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. The identity of the deposit source and the withdrawal destination must match. tg771 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.4 KYC for Withdrawals. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. tg771 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
6.5 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. tg771 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before cutoff times.
6.6 tg771 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, and to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional offers made available by tg771 are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover"), time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rules. These terms are published alongside each specific promotion and must be read carefully before accepting any offer.
7.2 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempts to withdraw Bonus Funds before completing rollover conditions will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
7.3 tg771 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time if it has reason to believe that a User is abusing the offer or has registered to take advantage of promotions without genuine gaming intent.
7.4 Bonuses are issued per eligible Account only. In the event that multiple Accounts are found to share the same IP address, device, payment method, or household, tg771 may limit bonuses to one per household or device at its sole discretion.
8.1 Each game available on tg771 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
8.2 tg771 sources games exclusively from certified, independently audited gaming providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and Return to Player (RTP) figures are verified by recognized third-party testing agencies.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, tg771 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Game outcomes affected by documented software faults are not binding on either party.
8.4 tg771's records of game outcomes, wagers placed, and account activity constitute the authoritative record. In the event of any dispute, tg771's system records will be the primary evidence used to determine resolution.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg771 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
10.1 A tg771 Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.
10.2 tg771 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Account holder before any inactivity fee is applied. Monthly dormancy administration fees may be applied to dormant Account balances after the applicable notice period, subject to applicable law.
10.3 To reactivate a dormant Account, the Account holder must contact tg771 support and may be required to complete re-verification.
11.1 tg771 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances outside tg771's reasonable control (including force majeure events, natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, or internet service disruptions affecting Philippine infrastructure).
11.2 tg771 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows. tg771 is not liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability, including losses arising from the inability to place or manage wagers during a downtime period.
12.1 All content on the tg771 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trade names, and database structures — is the property of tg771 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the tg771 Platform without prior written consent from tg771.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg771 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
13.2 tg771's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the preceding thirty (30) days.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits tg771's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 tg771 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion.

15.2 You may request closure of your own tg771 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method subject to applicable KYC completion.
16.1 tg771 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication to the Platform. Where amendments are significant, tg771 will endeavor to notify active Account holders via their registered email address or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. tg771 operates within the applicable regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR.
17.2 In the event of any dispute between you and tg771 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the Philippines, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, as appropriate.
17.3 Nothing in this clause prevents tg771 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or interests.
